Rhonda Bristol now works fulltime as an artist in her studio in Fernandina Beach, Fl. Her paintings show her love of color and design, as well as her interest in portraiture. The use and control of brilliant hues convey energy and passion. She delights in symbolism. These works have a Caribbean flavor. Her clay figures are chunky and purposeful. Her works capture the resilience of the human spirit and her acceptance of her role as artist/teacher.
